Benovo operates Benovo Agency. For enquiries and personal data requests, contact office@benovo.agency.
Contact form and correspondence
The form sends your email address, brand or project name, selected service, description and enquiry language. We use these details to reply and discuss working together: to take steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or, for other enquiries, for our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Providing information is voluntary, but an email address and description are needed to handle your enquiry. Please avoid sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people. Downloading a brief creates a file on your device and does not itself send an enquiry.
Hosting, providers and security
The website, API and email delivery use Microsoft Azure, including Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Communication Services and Azure Storage. Correspondence reaches our email inbox. Infrastructure and email providers may process data on our behalf. Technical logs may include an IP address, timestamp and request information.
Spam and duplicate protection uses an enquiry ID, counters and cryptographic hashes of data. This store does not contain enquiry text or readable email addresses. Technical form data becomes eligible for automatic deletion after 7 days; Azure may execute the rule later.
Where processing takes place outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about providers and safeguards.
Retention
We keep correspondence while handling the enquiry and for up to 12 months after it is closed, unless our working relationship, legal obligations or legal claims require a different period. In those cases, retention depends on the purpose and applicable rules.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Cookies and analytics
The site has no marketing analytics or advertising pixels. We do not store form contents in cookies or localStorage. The hosting provider may use technical mechanisms necessary for security and operation. We do not make automated decisions or carry out marketing profiling.
